Hard work isn't something I learned in real estate. I brought it with me.
Where It All Began
Anita Parker grew up in Hampton, Virginia a city shaped by the water, the military, and the kind of community where neighbors still look out for each other. That upbringing gave her something no license can teach: a genuine love for this place and the people in it.
Before she ever showed a home, Anita worked as a longshoreman, one of the few women on the docks, loading and unloading cargo on the Hampton Roads waterfront. It was demanding, physical work that demanded you show up every single day and give everything you had. She did. After purchasing her first home in 2020 she fell in love with the house hunting process. Each home different and unique, each step in the process provides a sense of adventure. Now her goal is to help as many families as possible find their dream home in Hampton Roads.
